Made-to-Order Items
All Coast Love Collection fine art prints are made to order and produced specifically for each purchase. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other preference-based reasons.
Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellations
Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, cancellation or change requests should be submitted as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cancellations and changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production. Once production has begun, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled or modified.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect orders when a replacement is not appropriate or available.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
